Collaborations:
I’m actively looking for collaborations. My current collaborations in liver research majorly focused on genomic data analysis to explore the HCC recurring mechanism and the process of tumorigenesis. I’ve set up collaborations with Dr. George Michalopoulos, Dr. Paul Monga, Dr. Jianhua Luo, Dr. Kari Nejak-Bowen, Dr. Hossam Abdelsamed, Dr. Alejandro Soto-Gutierrez, Dr. Bokai Zhu, Dr. Qingde Wang, Dr. Mo Ebrahimkhani, Dr. Matthew Steinhauser, Dr. Reben Raeman, Dr. Sadeesh Ramakrishnan, Dr. Tirthadipa Pradhan-Sundd and many other collaborators in the liver center.
Resources:
I’m serving as core manager for the Genomics and Systems Biology core of the liver center. I’m glad to provide bioinformatics and biostatistics analysis on the genomic data.
